Warm Weather Training Facilities
The Bahamas is rightly famous for it’s leisure industry, welcoming vacationers from across the world. However, our outstanding commitment to fulfilling the needs of the customer extends into soccer. The BFA is proud to announce that we now supply the facilities needed for warm weather training. The recent opening of the Roscow A.L Davies field allows us to provide you with some premier facilities for your club’s training break. Situated in the Bahamian capital of Nassau, a short flight from Florida and a direct flight away from London our facilities will be sure to impress.
Our main training field is 105m x 68m in dimensions with a 3m surrounding boundary. The fully Musco floodlit pitch is of artificial construction with the make up consisting of 5/8” tufted rubber filled synthetic grass carpet. On site facilities can accommodate 24 persons per 29’ by 13’ changing room, a 9’ by 13’ officials room and a large dedicated storage room can hold all kit and equipment.
Squads are of course welcome to bring their own equipment, but we can supply the whole range of training gear a large squad will need. This includes access to as many footballs as required, scale sized portable goals, training vests, cones, markers and agility ladders as well as exclusive and private use of the Davies Field. We are also on hand to arrange transport, airport transfers and other ancillary arrangements according to your needs. We would be happy to provide an information pack for your perusal.
Nassau itself boasts some of the best hotel and leisure facilities in the world and by dealing with us, we can secure a preferential rate for your party as we maintain a host of partnerships with Bahamian hospitality and leisure providers. If you add into the equation ready access to excellent exercise, golfing, swimming and fishing facilities, you’ll agree that we are indeed an attractive destination for your club.
